About Us
Formed in the summer of 2025, the Clark County Methodist Youth Connection (CCMYC) is part of the United Methodist Church and brings youth from across Southwest Washington together. We gather at different churches and places in the community—so no matter where you’re from, there’s a spot for you. CCMYC is all about making new friends, growing in your faith, and having fun along the way. We believe youth thrive when they feel loved and supported, and we’re here to create those kinds of spaces—through big events, small groups, service projects, and just hanging out. Wherever we meet, you belong here.
Lacey Kelley
CCMYC Director
Lacey believes youth ministry should feel like a mix of campfires, deep talks, awkward dance parties, and that moment when you realize you're not alone. She’s a licensed mental health counselor, a longtime UMC camp dean, and someone who never outgrew her love for silly games, late-night chats, and meaningful connection.
She grew up in the United Methodist Church and knows firsthand how life-changing it can be to have a community that shows up for you. Now, she’s here to help build that kind of space for others—where youth can grow, ask honest questions, be their full selves, and maybe eat too many snacks along the way.
If you’re looking for a place to laugh, learn, and feel deeply known and loved, Lacey can’t wait to meet you.
